Job Description

Turn Solution Partners (referral, reseller, and solution implementers) into a predictable, scalable revenue channel. You’ll own relationships, generate pipeline, and enforce program rules of engagement—without stepping into AE or PSM responsibilities. You will partner cross-functional with Sales on Weekly partner pipeline reviews, ROE enforcement, account mapping, co-sell coordination; Partner Success Managers (PSMs) to collaborate on certification, enablement, delivery escalations, and success planning for higher-tier partners; Marketing & Enablement on joint GTM campaigns, field events, talk tracks, and collateral; and with Ops / RevOps / Finance / Legal to ensure clean attribution, on-time payouts, and compliant contracts.

Proactive partner management, Partner recruitment & contracting, Joint go-to-market planning, Pipeline & forecast, Referral engine, Reseller motion, QBRs & performance management, Escalation management, Enablement & co-marketing, Ops hygiene are responsibilities for this role.
