Lead Product Manager, Core

Expand the depth and breadth for how Tilt provides value to its customers. Establish the roadmap and strategy surrounding non-lending products at Tilt, outlining what we should build, defining our target customer, and growing usage therein. You'll own the core app experience and build frameworks and structures that enable Product, Credit, and Data Science peers to achieve their user and business goals. You lead the user definition for our US business: needs, personas, segments are identified through user research you’re leading. You champion user expression across other teams. You’ll put in place a culture of measurement, iteration, and continuous improvement in your product area — establishing dashboards, feedback loops, and ongoing optimization.
