Job Description
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll partner with customers to understand their data and reporting requirements and translate them to the engineering team. You will work with the Product Team, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers, ensuring customer feedback drives product development. Critical business and infrastructure issues will be tackled through ad hoc analysis, insightful requests, and data extraction. You will deepen your understanding of Turquoise’s product suite and customer use cases to find new opportunities for product builds. Undertake special projects from the Product, Sales or Customer Success teams to ideate on features, push forward active deals and strengthen customer relationships. You will also guide customers in migrating data to their platforms, adapting to diverse local environments and providing analytics support and self-service tools.
