The Role:

• We are seeking a Senior Security GRC Analyst to own the day-to-day compliance program and customer security assurance.
• Reporting to the Manager of Corporate and Infrastructure Security, you'll mature our GRC program.
• This is a builder-operator role that runs on cross-coordination and precision.

What You'll Do:

• Own and mature our compliance framework with continuous controls monitoring, audit coordination, and evidence management.
• Automate GRC processes using compliance platforms and AI tooling.
• Develop and maintain security policies, manage third-party risk, and scale customer assurance.

What You'll Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience operating security GRC programs in high-growth environments.
• Hands-on security knowledge of technical controls like IAM, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and meticulous attention to detail.
