We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Operations Manager to optimize our sales processes, support revenue growth, and improve overall sales effectiveness. This role will work closely with sales leadership, finance, and other cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
We're looking for someone who brings structure to chaos, takes initiative without waiting to be asked, sees challenges as opportunities, and treats the business like it's their own. Key responsibilities include developing and managing sales forecasts, implementing tools to improve sales productivity, partnering with leadership to set KPIs, and leading process improvement initiatives. The candidate should be fluent in English.
