Job Description

Provide technical support and expertise for complex software applications within a federal environment. Troubleshoot application issues in collaboration with internal support teams and government testers. Monitor and maintain production and non-production environments, ensuring all systems function properly. Perform system updates, patches, hotfixes, and regulatory compliance changes, including occasional weekend work. Provision new user roles and manage access across production and non-production environments. Document technical work, processes, and procedures for internal and external stakeholders. Participate in annual and ad hoc technical assessments and audits. Provide guidance and support to ensure systems meet operational, security, and performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
