Job Description
As a Sr. Client Technology Management Engineer, your responsibilities include addressing ongoing issues and providing solutions for clients to improve the overall platform. You will work directly with client approvers to identify technical pain points and resolve them through existing technology or research alternative options. You will collaborate with other Senior Engineering and Cloud Architect team members to deliver solutions to clients and note common client requests as potential product and platform enhancement opportunities.
Must be able to articulate complex technologies to a broad audience, deliver bespoke technology solutions under pressure, and identify root causes of issues. Strong technical skills with public cloud (Office 365 and Azure), Windows Server Technologies, and Active Directory are preferred.
