As the Director of Business Systems, you will own the end-to-end architecture and implementation of internal platforms including Salesforce, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, and related SaaS tools, and drive the technical foundation for CRM, CPQ, billing, invoicing, and payment integrations to support scalable GTM operations. You will also partner with Marketing to implement and maintain systems that support campaign tracking, lead lifecycle management, and multi-touch attribution and collaborate with Product and Engineering to introduce internal tooling and APIs that power customer self-service workflows, designing and implementing process automation across Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Customer Success.
You will ensure seamless, secure, real-time data flow between internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, NetSuite, Zendesk) and product environments in your capacity. Establishing best practices around data quality, access control, system integrity, and compliance to ensure operational excellence as we scale will be a key aspect of the role. You will also lead the continued optimization and operations of the Salesforce instance to support scalable workflows across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Support.
