Job Description
Scale creative operations and campaign excellence across LATAM, ensuring every launch is delivered with quality, speed, and impact. You’ll help streamline workflows, manage campaign lifecycles, and keep creative momentum high. This means keeping assets launch-ready, dispatching on time, and enabling our teams to do what they do best: create powerful campaigns that bring Canva’s magic to life across the region. At the moment, the role’s focused on ensuring creative assets meet quality standards before launch and keeping trackers consistently updated across systems.
You will also manage end-to-end dispatch workflows: timelines, file delivery, internal communication and cross-functional alignment. Support includes providing support for light video or creative edits, documenting, improving campaign delivery processes, and collaborating with creative, marketing and channel teams. You'll also support LATAM campaign and growth teams with ad-hoc tasks that help turn creative ideas into impact.
