Role Overview:

  • The Clinical Quality Specialist (RN) ensures quality, safety, and value of the member journey at Included Health.
  • Focuses on how members experience care across all touch points, from virtual visits to follow-up communications.
  • Works under the guidance of the Clinical Quality and Safety leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review charts, calls, messages, and member interactions to assess quality and safety using standardized tools.
  • Use AI-enabled tools in daily work, reviewing AI-generated flags for clinical accuracy and member-centric tone.
  • Assist with data collection, basic analysis, and preparation of materials for audits and quality initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a state nursing board; BSN required.
  • Typically 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in primary care or care management.
  • Comfortable with technology and AI tools, including EHRs and reporting dashboards.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $73,700–$106,128 per year, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
