Job Description
As a Benefits Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our union members receive the best possible benefits packages. You will serve as a point of contact for union members, guiding them through the enrollment process, answering questions, and assisting with any benefits-related concerns.
Key responsibilities include assisting members with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and changes; explaining benefits options and providing guidance to help members make informed decisions; troubleshooting and resolving benefits-related issues; acting as a liaison between members and our main office; participating in open enrollment processes and communicating changes effectively.
