Job Description

As a Social Media Manager at Travel Leaders Network, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day strategy, growth, and development of a new social media program that allows us to create and post content on behalf of thousands of travel advisors and agencies. You will also provide strategic growth and development for our consumer-facing social media channels. You will work closely with a dedicated team of content creators, providing direction, thought leadership, guidance, and support to drive desired results across all social media platforms. This role will influence thousands of independent travel advisors and travel agencies across the US and Canada, impacting our consumer-facing social media strategy. Responsibilities include social media program management, maximizing member enrollment, onboarding, retention, and education through various B2B communication strategies, as well as crafting and managing comprehensive social media content strategies that drive growth, engagement, and leads across platforms.
