What you will be doing:
- Own the video content pipeline, generating and filtering video ideas across the marketing team.
- Craft titles, thumbnails, and scripts that make complex Bitcoin topics clear and engaging.
- Drive YouTube success metrics and iterate relentlessly on what the data tells you.
What we look for in you:
- A track record of growing a video channel, with measurable improvements in views and retention.
- An obsession with packaging and real opinions on why videos win or lose.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling, plus a solid understanding of Bitcoin and the YouTube algorithm.
Salary and benefits:
- Annual salary range of $110-165k depending on experience.
