Job Description
This person will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring seamless handoff to Professional Services. The role involves generating new business through outbound outreach, marketing-driven leads, and industry networking. They will conduct discovery meetings to assess prospect needs and challenges, deliver tailored product demos and presentations with Sales Engineers, and communicate Momentive’s value proposition and competitive edge in the association space.
The candidate will develop and execute territory plans to drive revenue and meet KPIs, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with client and company goals, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce and other tools. They will provide timely forecast and opportunity reporting to leadership, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and services teams, and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
Representing Momentive at conferences and trade shows, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners, and upholding company policies to deliver exceptional client experiences are also key responsibilities. The role requires travel as needed (up to 40%).
