Sr. AI Security Engineer

About the Role:

• Seeking a Senior AI Security Engineer to design and implement safeguards for internal AI usage, focusing on agentic systems and runtime security.
• This hands-on role involves building and deploying security controls, not just defining policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement guardrails for tool-using AI systems, including access controls and memory isolation.
• Build enforcement mechanisms that govern AI behavior at execution time, such as interceptors and rate limits.
• Implement identity and access controls for non-human entities, ensuring all AI actions are attributable and auditable.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in security engineering or backend systems with proven experience in runtime enforcement layers and identity systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, and experience using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
• Practical familiarity with OWASP guidance for AI/agent risks and Zero Trust for non-human identities.
