UI/UX Design Analyst

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Design Analyst to join our growing team! In this dynamic role, you’ll play a critical role in crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences for web-based and client-server applications. You’ll lead design sprints, conduct user research, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to create user-centered designs that meet both user needs and regulatory standards. This role is essential in bridging the gap between design and development, ensuring that the end product is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Plan and conduct design sprints, end-user research, usability testing, and reviews. Analyze user data to inform design decisions, ensuring that products are both user-friendly and compliant with client objectives. Provide specialized expertise in the design and layout of graphical user interfaces, focusing on screen layouts and functionality for client-server applications (e.g., Microsoft Windows presentation screens). Create intuitive, efficient, and accessible designs that enhance user experiences. Conduct studies, testing, and evaluation of screen prototypes for functionality, ease of use, efficiency, and accuracy.
