Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain PC-based medical and optical systems across Sweden.
- Provide remote and on-site support to optical stores, healthcare providers, and ophthalmology/optometry clinics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure secure and reliable system performance.
Required Skills:
- Experience in troubleshooting computers and software is required.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and network environments is an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English is a prerequisite.
Additional Information:
- Must have a B-driving license for frequent transport and travel on duty.
- Flexibility is key, as the position can involve inconvenient working hours.
