Renaissance Benefits is hiring an experienced Data Platform Engineer to help scale our data platform and integrate it across the organization.
This role designs and builds the integration layer connecting the Microsoft Fabric-based data platform with the broader Azure ecosystem and API infrastructure.

What will this role entail?:

Design and implement the integration layer between Microsoft Fabric and Azure services, including Azure API Management, Data Factory, Event Hubs, and Databricks.
Define data contracts, API standards, and integration patterns that enable development teams to self-serve against the platform.
Build and maintain robust data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and related tooling, implementing data quality and governance practices.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical role.
Experience with Microsoft Azure data services and integration tools.

Technical Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, pipelines, and Lakehouse capabilities.
Familiarity with AI/ML data patterns and model pipeline support.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Bicep preferred.
