Lead CMMC Assessor

Role Overview:

• Plan and lead formal CMMC Level 2 assessments in accordance with CAP and Cyber-AB requirements.
• Evaluate SSPs, POA&Ms, and technical evidence against NIST SP 800-171 practices.
• Manage assessment teams and mentor junior assessors throughout the lifecycle.

Client Interaction:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during assessments.
• Conduct kickoff, evidence review, and closing briefings.
• Produce clear, defensible assessment reports for submission.
