Architectural Ownership:
- Design the end-to-end architecture for the operational data platform.
- Use experience with technologies like Kafka, Debezium and Flink to ingest and process data streams.
- Collaborate with Product Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Operations teams.
Governance & Security:
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks.
- Establish internal and external access controls (RBAC), with HIPAA compliance needs in mind.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of supporting real-time data technologies.
You Bring:
- 8-15 years of experience architecting and operating large-scale data integrations.
- Extensive experience with AWS.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python.
