Account Management:

  • Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team.
  • Orchestrate an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model.
  • Research prospect customers and use business development strategies.
  • Complete field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects.

Customer Advisory:

  • Be a trusted advisor to your customers.
  • Help their IT roadmap.
  • Identify the right specialist/ support resources.
