Job Description
Account Management:
- Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas.
- Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team.
- Orchestrate an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team.
Sales and Business Development:
- Produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model.
- Research prospect customers and use business development strategies.
- Complete field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects.
Customer Advisory:
- Be a trusted advisor to your customers.
- Help their IT roadmap.
- Identify the right specialist/ support resources.
