Software Development Engineer II – Data Engineer

About the Role:

• Build Gather AI's data foundation from scratch as one of the first data engineers.
• Own data domains end to end, from design and quality to on-call.

What You'll Do:

• Build incremental pipelines from PostgreSQL into Snowflake/Databricks and model them with dbt.
• Add tests, freshness checks, and lineage so metrics stay trustworthy and traceable.

What You'll Need:

• Strong SQL, dbt, Python, and cloud infrastructure experience.
• 2–5 years building production data pipelines with a data quality mindset.
