Global Community Lead

Lead the Destiny 2 Community team to foster strong relationships between players and teams at Bungie. This role involves close collaboration with Franchise Marketing, publishing teams, industry partners, and the development team to support direct player communications and incorporate player feedback into creative processes. Requires strong leadership, communication skills, and professionalism to develop communication strategies and maintain feedback processes. A forward-thinking mindset is essential. The role involves innovation and isn’t afraid to try risky initiatives. Proficient in both reactive and live settings, this person educates and motivates their peers to do the same.
