ESG & CSR Bias Mitigation Specialist — Master-Level Internship

The role involves bias identification; analyzing AI algorithms and datasets to identify potential sources of bias and inequity and develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified biases, ensuring fairness in AI outcomes. Candidates will contribute to the creation or improvement of tools and methodologies for bias detection and correction and provide training and resources to internal teams to enhance awareness of bias in AI systems and promote best practices.
