Job Description

Responsible for the planning, scheduling, and delivery of Total Search projects, and providing project management support for other strategic initiatives across multiple markets. Build and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and timelines, proactively flagging risks and managing dependencies. Act as the central point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear, consistent communication between global, regional, and local teams. Organise and run project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions to keep workstreams moving. Monitor progress against agreed deliverables, ensuring outputs meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Identify and resolve blockers quickly, escalating where necessary to keep projects on track. Produce regular progress reports for internal and client stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and next steps. In your first 100 days, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Total Search practice and wider business. Successfully manage at least one multi-market project from planning to delivery. Establish clear processes and communication channels for your assigned projects. Deliver projects on time and to a high standard, earning trust from the wider team.
