Director/Senior Director, Patient-Centered Outcomes

Role Overview:

• The Director/Senior Director provides strategic and scientific leadership for patient-centered outcomes engagements.
• They ensure research design, execution, and evidence packages are fit-for-purpose for client decision-making and regulatory use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defines scientific approach and develops endpoint and regulatory strategies for COA evidence packages.
• Leads teams, conducts senior-level review, and ensures compliance with quality management systems.
• Drives business development, leads proposal scoping and budgeting, and achieves annual revenue and sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Master's or doctorate in a health-related field preferred; minimum 8 years leading PCO and COA research.
• Demonstrated expertise in qualitative research, COA methodologies, and regulatory strategy for labeling claims.
• Strong analytical, writing, and client-facing communication skills with proven business development capability.
