Director Audit Operations (Client Services CCV)

Audit Service Delivery:

• Direct successful delivery of audit services to clients by leading team(s) and ensuring needs are met.
• Develop and implement key metrics to drive quality, productivity, and consistent customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and safeguard protected health information.

Audit Productivity and Growth:

• Review audit progress against established metrics and direct activities to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with sales on contract renewals and identify growth opportunities within client base.
• Optimize audit processes and use proprietary software to conduct thorough audits.

People Management and Development:

• Provide managerial leadership and oversee selection, supervision, and development of staff.
• Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and work with HR on compensation actions.
• Promote knowledge sharing, training, and succession planning to ensure team productivity and growth.
