Job Description
The Support Specialist will assist in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments used for customer demos and engineering testing. This role will support the Manager, Customer POV, Demo & Lab environments in ensuring high availability, collaborating with presales and engineering teams, and implementing automation to enhance efficiency. Key responsibilities include infrastructure support, troubleshooting, automation assistance, cross-team collaboration, configuration support, SaaS integration support, documentation and reporting, and customer POV assistance. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of IT experience, a basic understanding of infrastructure technologies, entry-level proficiency in scripting languages, and hands-on experience with automation tools.
