Job Description
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer success and commercial growth by ensuring customers achieve exceptional value while driving strong renewal and expansion outcomes. You’ll manage a high volume of customer relationships, focusing on renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and contract negotiations within our existing customer base. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Professional Services, Legal, and Revenue Operations to ensure customers see ongoing value and success through our SaaS solutions.
You will be responsible for renewals and upsells by owning and executing the renewal process for a high volume of accounts, proactively identifying expansion and upsell opportunities; drive renewal and expansion discussions with clarity, making contract terms and value easy for customers to understand.
Customer partnership: Collaborate closely with CSMs and other stakeholders to ensure customer outcomes, mitigate retention risk, and maximize account health. Value-Based Selling: Articulate business impact and ROI to customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and our solutions. Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial and contractual discussions, partnering with internal Legal and Finance teams to finalize agreements. Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain accurate forecasts, manage renewals and upsells through Salesforce, and provide visibility into account health and risk. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with CSMs, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution, strong customer experiences, and continuous process improvement. Process & Collateral Improvement: Contribute to refining renewal playbooks, pricing templates, proposal decks, and internal workflows. Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining long-term relationships that drive retention, satisfaction, and advocacy.
