Senior Technical Writer

We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join our North team, where you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining clear, comprehensive documentation for our enterprise-ready AI platform. Your work will directly enable developers, Centers of Excellence, and end-users to effectively leverage North’s capabilities, from custom AI agents to secure workflow automations. This role is ideal for a writer passionate about translating complex technical concepts into accessible, actionable content.

Design and develop high-quality technical documentation for North's features, including APIs, product features like automations, document mode and chat, 1st Party/3rd Party Custom tools, and Security protocol. Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and customer success teams to gather insights, understand new features, and ensure documentation accuracy. Create tutorials, quickstart guides, and best practices to help users deploy North’s AI agents and integrations (e.g., MCP servers, 1st Party connectors). Organize and maintain a cohesive documentation architecture, ensuring content is discoverable, up-to-date, and aligned with Cohere’s style guide. Incorporate user feedback to iteratively improve documentation and address knowledge gaps. Contribute to processes on maintaining internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, empowering engineers to write effectively and confidently.
