Job Description

Ignite and scale our outbound sales efforts with the primary goal of generating qualified leads for our Account Executive team. You’ll manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for cold-calling prospects, educating the market about Fleetio, and generating opportunities with new customers. Develop the SDR team by providing continuous training, coaching, and mentoring on sales processes, skills, best practices, and supporting tools. Manage both individual and team performance, track key performance indicators, and provide regular feedback in weekly 1x1s. Analyze and report on key metrics and forecasts to management, and identify opportunities to optimize current processes. Build a scalable hiring process and expand the SDR team as needed. Cultivate a positive and high-performing culture within the Sales Development team. Align compensation with company goals and objectives to drive motivation and results. Act as a data-driven change agent, contributing valuable strategic input to the business. Lead the team to consistently exceed sales quotas.
