- Client Relationship Management:
- Manage client and broker/consultant relationships throughout the client lifecycle.
- Ensure regular touchpoints and proactive feedback solicitation.
- Take appropriate and timely steps to resolve service issues.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written formats.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within a team environment, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Manage client communication for engagement marketing initiatives.
- Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Support Client Executives to maximize retention and identify churn risks.
- Maintain accurate data input in the customer relationship management system.
- Possess 5+ years of client relationship and/or account management experience.
