Job Description

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Manage client and broker/consultant relationships throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Ensure regular touchpoints and proactive feedback solicitation.
  • Take appropriate and timely steps to resolve service issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written formats.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within a team environment, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Manage client communication for engagement marketing initiatives.
  • Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Support Client Executives to maximize retention and identify churn risks.
  • Maintain accurate data input in the customer relationship management system.
  • Possess 5+ years of client relationship and/or account management experience.
