Job Description
Focus on sourcing, engaging, and securing new externship sites across clinics, hospitals, health systems, and other care settings. Youβll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for both students and partners. Conduct 4β5 hours of outbound calls and emails daily to prospective externship partners (clinics, hospitals, and outpatient centers) to introduce Springboardβs healthcare programs and drive new partnerships. Engage, qualify, and schedule meetings with interested sites; manage outreach targets and conversion goals. Track all outreach activity and maintain accurate partner data in CRM tools (HubSpot, Airtable, or Salesforce) to ensure consistent follow-ups and clear pipeline visibility. Support site vetting and onboarding by collecting readiness details, facilitating agreements, and coordinating next steps with the Program Operations team. Maintain relationships and ensure a great partner experience, following up with active and prospective sites to confirm placement needs and gather feedback. Collaborate with internal teams (Career Services, Operations, Compliance) to align externship partnerships with student placement demand and program growth goals.
