You’ll be a key player in our growth team, driving email marketing strategies and push notification campaigns to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your role will involve crafting compelling campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing results to keep Flipster’s growth on track. You’ll collaborate with the team to turn data into action, create innovative campaigns, and help shape Flipster’s presence in the crypto market. Whether it’s performance marketing or eye-catching emails, your work will play a central role in scaling our business. Own the end-to-end process for email campaigns—creating personalized, creative campaigns that drive growth. Design eye-catching emails that connect with our audience and communicate clear messages. Work with the marketing team to drive new customer acquisition and keep users engaged long-term. Work cross-functionally to deliver marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and foster organizational alignment. Monitor KPIs and marketing metrics, ensuring campaign OKRs are met and using data insights to continuously refine and improve strategies. Use data to optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion. Track performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
