Senior Solution Architect

Join a high-impact team of solution architects at the heart of our enterprise technology ecosystem. The ServiceNow Digital Innovation and Transformation team, part of Digital Technology umbrella, is responsible for the solutioning and design of GTM technologies including our own ServiceNow platform. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of our GTM ecosystem, bringing a blend of strategic leadership and deep technical expertise to design and drive the architecture for our next-generation GTM solutions. Responsibilities include driving architecture for complex initiatives across the Marketing, Sales, and Partner domains, owning and driving the architecture strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with industry best practices and ServiceNow’s platform strategy.
