Senior IT Support Specialist

This role is responsible for administering and maintaining our enterprise systems, with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Microsoft 365, SAML/Single-Sign On (SSO) solutions, and SaaS tools. In addition to bringing a strong background in Microsoft cloud technologies, the ideal candidate will have proficient experience with developing and implementing IT Service Management strategies, and a proven ability to manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure in a secure, efficient, and scalable manner.

This is a mid-level , individual contributor role best suited for an experienced IT professional who can work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with Security, IT Compliance, Engineering, and other business operations teams to achieve company-wide goals.
