Tech Lead, LLM & Generative AI

Lead responsibilities:

-Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers.

-Architect, optimize, and maintain the core LLM infrastructure.

-Oversee data pipelines for dataset sourcing, labeling, and cleaning.

Technical responsibilities:

-Own the model lifecycle, including fine-tuning and deployment.

-Design and implement moderation systems for content safety.

-Ensure performance and scalability at massive scale.

Collaboration and requirements:

-Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, product, and engineering teams.

-Define and enforce best practices for LLM engineering.

-Comfortable in remote-first environments and adaptable to evolving technical and business requirements.
