Manager, Provider Engagement

As the Manager, Provider Engagement, East you will lead the Provider Engagement team to drive network growth, strengthen provider relationships, and ensure Imagine Pediatrics meets enrollment and performance goals. You will set clear expectations, track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), and coach your team to deliver consistently on goals and enrollment targets. This role requires a balance of team leadership, hands-on process improvement, and relationship management. In addition, you will partner with the Senior Director of Network Development to launch new markets and optimize existing ones. You will also lead day-to-day workflow and process improvements to ensure efficient provider engagement operations. You will performance manage team members by setting clear expectations, coaching for improvement, and addressing low performance through structured development plans and accountability measures.
