Head of Product

Credo AI is seeking a Head of Product to help drive transformation of our product into an AI-native platform—moving from traditional workflow-based SaaS to one where intelligent agents automate and accelerate the manual tasks our users face today. This leader will own Product Management, Design, and User Research, and will be instrumental in shaping both our product vision and execution velocity in a rapidly evolving market. The Head of Product will define and deliver AI-first product experiences, leveraging cutting-edge AI capabilities to automate workflows and create new value for customers. They will partner with Engineering leadership to improve product development velocity, address process, prioritization, and execution challenges, and ensure product decisions are grounded in user research and feedback. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity and make decisive trade-offs.
