Job Description

As the Advisory Presales Solution Consultant, you will:

-Support solution sales as a technical and domain expert to the sales team.

-Help develop and contribute to sales campaigns concentrated on Customer Service Management.

-Lead discovery workshops to identify customer's business challenges.

Responsibilities:

-Configure demo environments to address customer requirements and business challenges.

-Provide feedback to product management on product enhancements that can address customer needs and drive business value.

-Share best practices and solutions with other solution consultants to enhance quality.

Qualifications:

-Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

-8+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Customer Experience, CRM, or Customer Engagement.

-Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
