Role and Responsibilities:
- Assign and manage incoming real estate leads across internal platforms.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow ups by agents.
- Maintain accurate records and updates within relocation/referral systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and agents to ensure smooth lead distribution.
- Monitor pipelines to ensure no lead is left unattended.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager within a large real estate brokerage.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of specific real estate platforms.
- Experience working with established brokerages.
- Strong English communication skills at C1/C2 level.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Location and Availability:
- This is a fully remote position.
- Must be available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in New York or California time zones.
- Compensation is based on qualifications and skillsets.
