Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assign and manage incoming real estate leads across internal platforms.
  • Track lead status and ensure timely follow ups by agents.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within relocation/referral systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agents to ensure smooth lead distribution.
  • Monitor pipelines to ensure no lead is left unattended.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager within a large real estate brokerage.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of specific real estate platforms.
  • Experience working with established brokerages.
  • Strong English communication skills at C1/C2 level.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Location and Availability:

  • This is a fully remote position.
  • Must be available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in New York or California time zones.
  • Compensation is based on qualifications and skillsets.
