Senior Manager, Treasury

As the Treasury Senior Manager, you’ll establish and lead our Treasury function developing processes, systems, and strategies that ensure Vital Farms has the financial flexibility to invest in our mission while maintaining fiscal discipline. This is a highly visible, strategic role that bridges finance, banking, operations, and leadership teams. Your responsibilities include cash and liquidity management by monitoring weekly cash positions and preparing cash reporting for management. You will also develop and maintain robust cash forecasting models and methodologies to provide actionable insights. Manage day-to-day and strategic relationships with financial institutions and banking partners; oversee and ensure efficient execution of debt issuance, refinancing, and repayment. Identify, assess, and manage financial risks (interest rate, foreign exchange, commodity, and liquidity). Design, document, and manage internal controls (SOX) over cash, banking, debt, and investment activities to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
