Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack

As an Engineer at StackAdapt, you'll be directly involved in developing our advertising platform, producing production-level code with a direct impact on our product's success. You will work with large datasets and modern tech stacks around GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL, and more. Your role involves advising on full-stack technical decisions that will impact the entire Audiences & CDP domain as well as collaborating across the company. You will be mentoring the team, consolidating technical debt, and helping attract new talents by conducting interviews. You'll be responsible for architecting scalable web APIs, component libraries, and backend systems. You will also be identifying bottle-necks and performance issues, and offering actionable solutions. As a significant individual contributor, you will be delivering critical projects that bring value to customers.
