Prompt Engineer

Develop, refine, and test LLM prompts to produce high-quality marketing and CRM content at scale. Create reusable prompt libraries for different content types (emails, push, in-app messages, product copy, translations, etc.). Collaborate with the Content Automation Lead to design prompt chains and contextual data pipelines for dynamic content generation. Continuously A/B test and optimize prompt performance for clarity, tone, and localization accuracy. Design prompt systems for automated content localization, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy across regions. Build context-driven workflows for regional content variation and tone adaptation. Collaborate with localization experts to fine-tune LLM behavior for specific language markets. Define evaluation criteria for AI-generated content and maintain a feedback system for prompt performance. Document prompt frameworks, learnings, and best practices for scalable collaboration across teams.
