Residency Clinical Supervisor

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will ensure high-quality care delivery, provider development, and compliance, driving organizational growth and transformation. It involves mentoring, leading, and serving as an accountability partner for clinicians, providing weekly supervision and guiding residents through individualized learning plans. The role includes conducting risk reviews, case consults, and crisis debriefs, as well as auditing documentation for timeliness and accuracy. You'll monitor compliance with policies, payer rules, HIPAA, and ensure safety protocols are consistently followed. Additionally, you will monitor performance dashboards, intervene early when trends signal risk, and collaborate with various teams for smooth client transitions. The role requires upholding Backpack Health’s values and supporting the clinical transformation journey through consistent leadership and alignment.
