Internal Communication Manager (m/f/d)

We're looking for a talented communications professional to lead our internal communications efforts on a global scale. In this role, you’ll design and drive communication strategies that keep our teams informed, inspired, and aligned — no matter where they are in the world. Your knack for crafting clear, engaging messages will help build a strong sense of connection and purpose across the organization. From shaping key narratives to creating moments that matter, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening our culture and community. Strategic development and implementation of group-wide internal communication strategies in close collaboration with People Team, Management and key departments to support the SITS Group's corporate strategy. Ongoing enhancement and optimisation of the internal communication framework in line with the corporate identity, including communication channels and tools (e.g. intranet). Coordination of company-wide initiatives from a communications perspective, including responsibility for employee engagement surveys and global feedback processes. Planning, organisation and implementation of global employee events such as All-Hands meetings, Town Halls or Open Hours.
