Qualifications and Fit:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience conducting technical interviews through a formal employer program or independently.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Engagement Details:
- Duration: 4 months with a structured weekly availability commitment through Q3 2026.
- Weekly commitment: 40 hours with consistent block hours.
- Availability windows: Flexible, including evenings and weekends; must be currently located in the United States.
