Analytics Engineer

As an Analytics Engineer at PowerUs, you’ll play a key role in strategic decision-making across the company. You won’t just deliver reports — you’ll help uncover and understand complex problems, make them visible through data, and turn them into actionable recommendations for our business and product teams. You’ll analyze complex questions from our business and product teams and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll ask critical questions, bring structure to open-ended analytics problems, and make sure issues are solved sustainably. You’ll work with ambiguous topics, form hypotheses, test them using our data, and use AI tools where helpful. You’ll help us define and evolve our internal KPIs and bring data-driven thinking into everyday work.
