BIM Project Lead - Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, or Ductwork Commerical Construction Projects

The BIM Project Lead is responsible for delivering on-time, quality, cost effective shop drawings that directly benefit our operations teams by transitioning seamlessly into fabrication and installation. Overseeing the 3D modeling and coordination process on one or more projects. Striving to create the most cost effective product possible. Works with BIM/VDC Manager, Project Management, Engineers, and Field Leadership to read and understand specifications and contract documents and to establish a plan of attack on your project(s) within the framework of your BIM budget. Utilizes knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and/or duct systems within the creation of annotated installation and layout drawings. Quality control the product on your project(s) and master the BIM/VDC processes. Communicates effectively and exemplifies high levels of professionalism and leadership.
