Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems.
- Perform system upgrades and support package implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis-related issues.
Key Duties:
- Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and authorisations.
Additional Tasks:
- Plan and control migrations.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
- Participate in on-call duties.
